Chakras

In Sanskrit, the word chakra or chakrum means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centers in your body. We all have hundreds of these energy centers, or chakras inside of us. We focus on 7. Each chakra is arranged along the spine from your tailbone to the top of your head. Each chakra correlates to different emotions and organs. And each has its own set of different elements, affirmations, colors, yoga positions, associated foods, crystals, etc.
